I stand in this sunny field,
The wind blowing the blades of grass,
From side to side,
The blazing sun beats against me,
Making beads of sweat silently run down my face,
But I need not a shield,
For that would make me not see,
Clearly the girl beyond this wall of glass,
That separates us two,
I see you lying down,
Your hair gleaming in the sun like a crown,
Your beautiful eye hide,
As you peacefully soak in the sun,
I want to run,
To you and stay next to you,
Forever in this divine place,
But I can only watch and stare,
At your reflection,
This cursed wall makes,
I wish I could break it without a care,
But I only sigh and sit in this glade,
Staring at you, my picture of perfection.
