It’s all dark and black

Inside this heart of mine

That notion disappeared long ago

When I suffered in the Seventh Ring

A place where no birds sing

I appear to go with the flow

But I am trapped inside me

Crying where no one can see

I have no one dear or near

No one to toss me a vine

My own soul condemns me; assisted

By my own desires, fears, and lies

To this world I no longer have ties

But if someone could make just a crack

I would scream my confession

No matter the cost

For I am lost
