Note: The episodes below will be the Japanese Version, which is much more mature than the dubbed. Also, America refuses to show the episodes of Season 4, which was by far the best season.
1. Episode 180: "The True Graduation Duel! Judai vs. The Legendary Duelist!"
WOW!! The series finale pits Jaden (Judai) against Yugi! But what will happen once Slifer the Sky Dragon hits the field?
2. Episode 148: "Ultimate Dragon Showdown! Cyber End vs. Rainbow Dark!"
Zane continues to duel Dark Johan and his Advanced Crystal Beasts. In the end, it comes down to two monsters: Rainbow Dark Dragon and Cyber End Dragon.
3. Episode 178: "Final Hope! Yuki Judai!"
Jaden continues to duel Darkness, who launches his Zero-Infinity Combo. Jaden summons Neos and starts to fight back against the future of humanity, with Yubel by his side.
4. Episode 154: "Supreme King Judai Resurrected!"
Jaden continues to duel Yubel in another part of her fortress and summons the Supreme King and the Neo-Spacians to launch a counterattack.
5. Episode 167: "Gratitude Duel! Chronos vs. The Original Drop Out Boy!"
Crowler tries to prevent the graduates from graduating and Jaden steps up and challenges his teacher to a rematch.
8. Episode 155: "Rainbow Neos vs. Yubel Ultimate Form!"
Jaden manages to bring out Rainbow Neos again and discovers the only way to actually save everyone in all twelve dimensions and heal Yubel.
7. Episode 147: "Showdown of Fate! Cyber-Style vs. The Gem Beasts!"
Jaden duels one of his old attendants, learns about Yubel and he/r goal, and Zane meets a familiar figure.
8. Episode 152: "Activate Super Fusion! Rainbow Neos!"
Jaden discovers where Yubel locked Johan's soul and struggles to find a way to defeat the Rainbow Dark Dragon.
9. Episode 172: "Duel Academia Crisis! The Gem Beasts Blocking The Way!"
Jaden manages to make it out of the exploding Kaiba Corp and runs into Truman again, who duels using Johan's deck. Jaden mistakenly believes that Johan has fallen to the darkness, and being influenced by darkness himself, duels his evil opponent.
10. Episode 171: "End of Destiny! Magma Neos vs. The Dark Ruler!"
Jaden is locked out of his defenses thanks a combo set up by Saiou, who's controlled by the Light of Destruction again, revolving around The Fool and a card that prevents him from summoning monsters and that discards cards from his deck. Jaden manages to use Miracle Flipper to destroy The Fool, and summons Magma Neos to fight Saiou's ultimate monster.
