Note: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5ds is the newest series airing in Japan. It's about a teenage boy named Yusei as he struggles to overcome a prejudicial social barrier as he learns about an ancient evil and the one thing that could help save the day. It is currently airing in America in the place of GX

1. Episode 64: "To Our Future!"

It looks like the end of the line for Yusei: Jack and Crow are out, unable to continue with 1 LP left remaining. The God of the Underworld creeps ever closer, with Ruka and Aki hard-pressed to stop the advance. Goodwin's Earthbound God uses its ability and Yusei is left at 1. To counter, he brings out Stardust Dragon, confident in the bonds he shares with his friends. But are they enough to stop the God of the Underworld?

2. Episode 57: "Darkness of the Heart! Last Hope Left Remaining!"

With only 50 points left, Yusei is staring down Rudger and his Earthbound God. As he watches his opponent frantically throw out defenses, Rudger tells of Dr. Fudo's final moments and of the Old Momentum project. Yusei confesses his darkness: that he feels the weight of those who have no family because of the accident; he feels responsible for all those deaths. Rudger also reveals himself to be the 5th Signer. Yusei summons Stardust Dragon and wins the duel with an elaborate combo, but Rudger refuses let him win and blows up the bridge, sending Yusei to his apparent death.

3. Episode 41: "Hatred Caused by Sorrow! Catch it, Stardust Dragon!"

Aki continues to relentlessly attack Yusei, who summons Stardust to counter Black Rose Dragon. However, Aki's full powers are unleashed, and Stardust is weakened to the point of powerlessness. Aki's father steps in and shields Yusei with his body. Aki soon loses control, but saves her father from debris with her powers. Yusei wins, sealing the pact of friendship between the two teens. Yeah, I'm a sucker for Faithshipping.

4. Episode 24: "Victim Sanctuary: Become the Star Enveloping Destruction! Stardust Dragon!"

After getting (literally) pounded into the ground by Aki's opening attack, Yusei comes right back and tries to counter back with Junk Warrior. However, even that isn't enough and it comes down to a final showdown between Stardust Dragon and Black Rose Dragon. Is there hope for Faithshipping?

5. Episode 55: "Companion's Sincerity, Savior Dragon"

Yusei destroys Kiryu's One Hundred Eyes Dragon with Junk Warrior, but then the Earthbound God hits the field. Even the might to Stardust Dragon cannot defeat it. However, when Kiryu is about to fall into the flames, Yusei summons his friend's marks and summons Savior Star Dragon. The ensuing attack wins the duel, but at the cost of Kiryu.

6. Episode 46: "The 17 Year Old Truth! The Hidden Trap of the Dark Signers!"

Yusei continues his duel with Rudger, and tries to find a way to defeat him before the Earthbound God appears and learns things about Rudger, Godwin, Yusei's father, and how they are all connected to the Signers. But when Road Warrior and Turret Warrior fail to defeat his opponent, Yusei throws out his Stardust Dragon, but that isn't enough to defeat the Earthbound God. Jack saves the children, but Martha falls off a building trying to save a third and dies. Furthermore, Rudger summons Rally to take over the duel, just to torment Yusei. Rally summons One-Shot Cannon and destroys the Earthbound God, killing himself in the process. In the end, the battle lines are drawn, and the final showdown looms.

7. Episode 65: "A New Threat!"

Half a year has past since the war against the Dark Signers. Neo Domino City and Satellite have united and are preparing for a Grand Prix that will take place in a years time. Yusei, Jack, and Crow are living together and testing out new D-Wheel engines in their basement. Ushio and Mikage are investigating a rash of D-Wheel crashes caused by someone known as "Ghost". Jaeger gets a new boss, sent by the same people who created the Dark Signers. Ushio duels Ghost and is critically injured. Yusei, Jack, and Crow go out in search of the culprit. Yusei finds him, and is soon staring down Machine Emperor Wisel. BTW, the new intro is kind of a letdown after "Last Train", but the ending is great.

8. Episode 26: "Destiny of the Signers! The Future Guided By The Crimson Dragon!"

Yusei summons his Stardust Dragon and, right on cue, the Crimson Dragon appears and transports the Signers present at the event--Jack, Yusei, Aki, and Ruka--to the past and future, showing them interesting visions. But Jack insists on continuing with the duel, and it comes down to a battle of two indestructible dragons. Who will be the King of the Riding Duel?

9. Episode 62: "Last Battle! The Man With Two Gods!

As the sun sets, a huge tar-like monster emerges from Old Momentum and advances on Neo Domino City. The Crimson Dragon transports the heroes to Goodwin's place, where he reveals the final Signer birthmark...and transforms into a Dark Signer. After replacing his mechanical arm with Rudger's, he unveils his plan: destroy the world with the power of the Dark Signers, and then recreate it in his image using the Crimson Dragon. Yusei, Jack, and Crow all challenge him to a Riding Duel. Goodwin summons and Synchro Monster and a Dark Synchro Monster on his first turn, but Crow uses Black Feather - Armored Wing to destroy the former. After revealing that he is the legendary D-Wheeler, Goodwin steals the dragon birthmarks from the Signers.

10. Episode 61: "At the End of the Truth"

Divine returns and unleashes Aki's hidden powers. The duel between the disturbed teenager and Misty turns brutal as Black Rose Dragon takes out huge chunks of Misty's Life Points. However, soon Aki is staring down an Earthbound God. Yusei appears and spars with Divine, who blows him out a window with his powers. However, Misty learns that Divine killed her brother, and the leader of the Arcadia Movement is eaten by the Earthbound God. However, the duel continues as the birthmark possesses Misty. Aki re-summons her Dragon and wins the duel, but not in time: the sun has set.
